So you have decided to get married! Yea! Now you are running around with feelings you have never felt before about this person. Are those waves in my stomach love feelings or nervous Nelly feelings about this party you are supposed to have in front of everyone that has ever heard your name. People who you may or may not have met due to your parents, his parents, guests who are bringing guests, they are now planning on attending your LOVE PARTY! You are supposed to have a party to declare your love for this person in front of all of these people and be the most beautiful person you could ever dream of being. I am talking McDreamy pretty here.

Trust me! It will happen and everything will fall right into place. When offered the help take it...unless it is your tacky, over-bearing future mother-in-law who just wants to tell her friends that she did indeed plan her "son's" wedding. When thumbing threw your bridal magazines, go ahead and rip out the pages that you like details on and then throw the magazine away so you are not confused later when looking for that perfect color bow or flower for your bridesmaids. Be pampered! Nails, hair, massage, all in the days prior to the wedding. Get lots of sleep whenever you can. Eat healthy and drink that water so you can look your best. There will be plenty of time for drinking, DRINKING at your reception. Try and smile your biggest smile in the prior months of your wedding date...that certain smile or hello could land you an even better wedding gift from someone that you were extra nice too!

When your day arrives you will be shocked with how well everything just falls, or should I say places itself into place. All because two people fell in love. That is what matters most and if there is love, you don't have to worry about how you look or how your decorations are looking or if any of your friends are thinking, "Did you really invite your mother-in-law to help you pick out your wedding dress?" When your guests see how explosive your love for each other is, how there is a bond between you and the love of your life that is actually viewable, seeable in the air...that is all anyone will pay attention too. They will not even see the one bow that may have fallen down or the one flower misplaced. You are in LOVE! This is YOUR DAY to DECLARE your LOVE and HONOR your future spouse. ENJOY! (because after you have been married for a couple of years and now you are expecting...reread this advice and apply it now to your baby shower!)
